Redeemer Radio is a religious broadcaster with all full-time hires subject to religious qualification. This report has been prepared in order to comply with the FCC’s EEO Rule, and is required to be placed in the public inspection files of this station, and posted on its website.
The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011.
The FCC’s EEO Rule, as applied to religious broadcasters, requires that this Report contain the following information:
- A list of all full-time vacancies filled by the station during the Applicable Period, identified by job title;
- For each such vacancy, the recruitment source(s) used to fill the vacancy, identified by name, address, contact person, and telephone;
- The recruitment source that referred the hiree for each full-time vacancy during the Applicable Period; and
- The date the vacancy was filled.
For purposes of this Report, a vacancy was deemed “filled” when the hiree accepted the job offer, not when the offer was extended.
