Patty Becker
Patty brings 11 years of experience in radio and community relations to Redeemer Radio. Patty began volunteering with Redeemer in December 2005, just as the station went on air with 24/7 Catholic programming. Patty has served as Interim Executive Director, Operations Coordinator, Program Host,Voice Talent, Program Producer and Copywriter. Patty currently holds the title of Community Relations Director and focuses her attention on Sharathon, Programming, Marketing, and Volunteer Coordination.
Baptized and raised Catholic, Patty left the practice of the faith during high school. She returned, by the Grace of God, after a powerful “reversion” experience in college. Shortly thereafter she met and married her husband John. They struggled with 7 years of infertility until a healing during a Catholic Charismatic Mass made possible the blessing of 4 children: Bridget, Benjamin, Robert and Bernadette. In gratitude for God’s goodness and mercy, John and Patty founded Worldwide Seminarian Support in 1992, a non-profit foundation that helps to fund the education of Catholic Seminarians in Africa and India.
Patty’s previous Parish involvements include Christ Renews Lay Director, Lector, Parish Theater Ministry, Pro-Life and Choir. Patty and her husband are members of St Vincent Catholic Church, where they have served together as Catechists. With her husband John serving as Grand Knight of Council 11353, Patty has helped form the Women’s Auxiliary. The Becker’s will celebrate their 34th wedding anniversary this year and as of this writing they rejoice in having been blessed with two grandchildren, Maximus Alexander and Marcella Marie.

Bob Hartenstein
Bob Hartenstein was one of the original voices on Redeemer radio and previously worked as a news broadcaster for 7 years prior to a 25 year career in the securities business. At Retirement Bob returned to broadcasting February 6, 2009 as Director of Development and Director of Underwriting for Redeemer Radio.
Bob and his wife Kathy have been members of Saint Joseph Hessen Cassel Church for 35 years. Bob is Past Parish Council President, past school board member, current lector, Eucharistic minister and Charter Grand Knight of council 12379. Bob has served as State Membership Director, Community Director, and PublicRelations Director for the State of Indiana Knights of Columbus and is a 4th degree member. Bob’s wife Kathy teaches at Saint Joseph Hessen Cassel School. They have been married 38 years and have 2 children, Matthew and Tracy along with three grandchildren, Landon, Emma and Robbie.

Doug Jones
Operations Director Doug Jones started as a volunteer with Redeemer Radio in 2010. He was hired in August 2011 as a full time employee. Doug is responsible for keeping the station on the air and sounding the best that it can. He comes to the station with 25 years of electronics equipment repair and maintenance.
Doug was brought up Lutheran and converted to Catholicism in 1982. He has been married to his wife Susan for 30 years and has 2 grown daughters. They have been members of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton parish since the Haverhill School days. Doug and his wife Susan also volunteer at Manapogo Park’s Masses in the summer months.

Jill O’Sullivan
Business Administrator Jill O’Sullivan is responsible for running the office side of Redeemer Radio. Jill joined Redeemer Radio in April 2011 and brings a background in finance and accounting from the banking and manufacturing industries.
Jill was brought into the Catholic faith in 1997 at St. Peter’s Parish in Fort Wayne. She has been a member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Fort Wayne since 2002. She’s an active member of the parish and school as a Eucharistic minister, school board member, sports parent and Cub Scout Pack 3307 Committee Chair. Jill and her husband, Kevin,have been married for 13 years and have one son: Sean (5thgrader at St. Charles).

Dave Stevens
Executive Director Dave Stevens is responsible for overall operations of Redeemer Radio. Dave joined Redeemer Radio in April of 2009 and brings a background of over 24 years in the broadcast and advertising and marketing industries. He spent eight years in radio in Connecticut and Indiana and 13 years in commercial television. Dave also spent four years in the advertising agency business.
Dave was brought into the Catholic faith in 1990 and has been a member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Fort Wayne since then. He’s active an a member of the parish vocation committee, is a lector, Eucharistic minister, and is quite involved with Troop 1 Boy Scouts at St. Charles. Dave is also a member of the Diocese Catholic Committee for Scouting. Dave and his wife Debbie have been married for 27 years and have four children: Cori, Ben, Alli and David.
