Bob Hartenstein
Director of Development

Bob HartensteinBob Hartenstein was one of the original voices on Redeemer radio and previously worked as a news broadcaster for 7 years prior to a 25 year career in the securities business. At Retirement Bob returned to broadcasting February 6, 2009 as Director of Development and Director of Underwriting for Redeemer Radio and in the fall of 2012 is the Director of Development.

Bob and his wife Kathy have been members of Saint Joseph Hessen Cassel Church for 38 years. Bob is Past Parish Council President, past school board member, current lector, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion and Charter Grand Knight of council 12379. Bob has served as State Membership Director, Community Director, and PublicRelations Director for the State of Indiana Knights of Columbus and is a 4th degree member. Bob’s wife Kathy teaches at Saint Joseph Hessen Cassel School. They have been married 40 years and have two children, Matthew and Tracy along with three grandchildren, Landon, Emma and Robbie.

Debbie Heiny
Administrative Assistant

Debbie HeinyDebbie Heiny joined the Redeemer Radio staff in May 2012 as the Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for assisting all areas of the office, and brings a background in Education, Human Resources Management, and Office Administration.

Debbie was brought into the Catholic faith in 1990 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Fort Wayne.  She and her husband, Martin, have been members of St. Vincent De Paul Parish since 1991. Debbie is an active member at the parish as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion and was a teaching assistant in 2nd grade at St. Vincent for 7 years.  Debbie is a past member of the Women’s Junior Catholic Guild, Christ Child Society, Christ Renews His Parish Team #19, Small Christian Communities, and many Bible study groups.  Debbie and Martin have been married for 23 years and have three children: Maggie, Melanie, and Nick.

Doug Jones
Director of Operations

Doug Jones Doug Jones started as a volunteer with Redeemer Radio in 2010. He was hired in August 2011 as a full time employee. Doug is responsible for keeping the station on the air and sounding the best that it can. He comes to the station with 25 years of electronics equipment repair and maintenance.

Doug was brought up Lutheran and converted to Catholicism in 1982. He has been married to his wife Susan for 30 years and has two grown daughters. They have been members of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton parish since the Haverhill School days. Doug and his wife Susan also volunteer at Manapogo Park’s Masses in the summer months.

Sheri McBride
Director of Underwriting - Advertising

Sheri McBrideSheri McBride started as a sales consultant with Redeemer Radio for the 2011-2012 sports season.  She became a part time employee with the station for the 2012-2013 season and now assumes the responsibilities for underwriting and advertising.  She graduated from Indiana University and has 25 years of sales experience across a broad spectrum of industries and companies.

Baptized and raised Catholic in Huntington, IN at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She is now a parishioner at St. Vincent De Paul Church and is a church and school volunteer. Sheri has been a Girl Scout leader, and a Boy Scout volunteer.  She was a long time committee chairperson for Bishop Dwenger High School's Saint's Alive! Dinner and Auction.  Sheri currently leads the WEBLOS II for Pack 3009 and is a 40 Days for Life Prayer volunteer.

She has been married to Sean since May of 1990 and has five sons and one daughter: Devon, Trevor, John, Charlie, James and Erin.

Jill O’Sullivan
Business Manager

Jill O’SullivanJill O’Sullivan is responsible for running the office side of Redeemer Radio. Jill joined Redeemer Radio in April 2011 and brings a background in finance and accounting from the banking and manufacturing industries.

Jill was brought into the Catholic faith in 1997 at St. Peter’s Parish in Fort Wayne. She has been a member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Fort Wayne since 2002. She’s an active member of the parish and school as a Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, school board member, sports parent and Cub Scout Pack 3307 Committee Chair. Jill and her husband, Kevin,have been married for 15 years and have one son: Sean (6th grader at St. Charles).

Erin Sherburne
Marketing Coordinator

Erin SherburneErin Sherburne started with Redeemer Radio as an intern in February 2012. She was hired as the Marketing Coordinator in June 2012.  As the Marketing Coordinator, Erin is responsible for Branding, and Marketing of Redeemer Radio. This contains of all platforms including on-air, internet, and print.

Baptized and raised Catholic Erin attended Bishop Dwenger High School. She then continued her studies at IPFW where she was an officer of Newman Catholic Fellowship as well as founder and officer of Students for Life of IPFW (the pro-life group on campus).  At IPFW, Erin studied Business Marketing at the Doermer School of Business and graduated in May 2012.  She is a member of St. Jude Parish in Fort Wayne, where she has been involved with the Confirmation retreats over the past few years.

Dave Stevens
Dave StevensExecutive Director

Dave Stevens is responsible for overall operations of Redeemer Radio. Dave joined Redeemer Radio in April of 2009 and brings a background of over 24 years in the broadcast and advertising and marketing industries. He spent eight years in radio in Connecticut and Indiana and 13 years in commercial television. Dave also spent four years in the advertising agency business.

Dave was brought into the Catholic faith in 1990 and has been a member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Fort Wayne since then. He’s active an a member of the parish vocation committee, is a lector, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, and is quite involved with Troop 1 Boy Scouts at St. Charles. Dave is also a member of the Diocese Catholic Committee for Scouting. Dave and his wife Debbie have been married for 28 years and have four children: Cori, Ben, Alli and David.

Jennifer Zurbuch
Dave StevensDirector of Community Relations and Programming

Jennifer Zurbuch joined the Redeemer Radio staff in February 2013 as the Director of Community Relations and Programming. She is responsible for uniting the local Catholic Community with Redeemer Radio, work on Station programming, manage Sharathon, and much more.

Jennifer was born and raised in Fort Wayne, graduated from Elmhurst High School and Purdue University with a BA in Communications and a minor in Interior Design.  Growing up she felt spiritually devoid and admired her Catholic friends for their peaceful nature.   “Even though they had trials and were sinners like me, we were able to get thru them with which I now know is the grace of the Holy Spirit.”  She was brought into the Catholic faith in 1991 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Fort Wayne.  She and her husband, Bob, have been married for 20 years and have two children, Parker and Claire.  She and her family are members at St. Vincent de Paul Parish. Jennifer has been involved in CRHP, ARISE, Religious Education Catechist,  WINGS, Extra Ordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Vacation Bible School, Scouting and more at the parish.
