About Redeemer Radio
What began in 2002 with the purchase of weekly airtime on a local commercial radio station to broadcast Catholic Answers Live, has grown into Redeemer Radio – a 24-hour a day, seven day a week, local Catholic radio station!
Today, Redeemer Radio is teaching thousands of people in the Fort Wayne area by presenting them with the full truth and beauty of the Catholic faith. Fallen-away Catholics are being brought back to the Church because of Redeemer Radio. Non-Catholics are being drawn to parish RCIA programs due to the truth they have heard through Redeemer Radio.
The station reaches thousands of people within an approximate 50-mile radius of Fort Wayne on AM 1450. In addition, we stream our programming live on the Internet everyday at RedeemerRadio.com. We feature quality national programs from the EWTN and Ave Maria networks, and we serve as a trusted source for information about the local Catholic community. Contributions from our loyal listeners and supporters have allowed us to provide these great programming options. As a not-for-profit, the station is completely dependent on financial support from listeners and the community.
